Cynthia Kim-Eumie Shockley
Hi! I'm Cynthia and I'm here to create space for self-exploration and powerful growth.
We all know the wide range of the human experience and we tend to label our experiences as “good” or “bad,” yet it was through the absolute darkest time of my life that I had the opportunity to discover my own inner light. It’s the inner light that exists in every single one of us, including you.
On my path towards healing, I have utilized: Expressive Writing, Art, Dance, Pole Dance, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Health Coaching, and Therapy. What brings me clarity, I share. I have led Expressive Writing workshops, taught Pole Dance, assisted in Art Therapy, and guided Mindfulness Meditation at UCLA. I have taught yoga to clients age 4-89 in studios, schools, special events, corporate locations, and in the homes of private clients. I’m now obtaining my Master’s in Integrative Health & Wellbeing Coaching and infusing what I’m learning into private sessions and my work with children.
I absolutely love to teach in any way, but have found that working one-on-one allows me to provide a personalized practice of the mind, body, and soul. In this setting, I can meet you where you’re at and walk beside you on your journey to be your absolute best self.
I want to guide you towards your own health and happiness using the many tools that have helped me.
I'm simply Cynthia and I’m here to heal the mind, body, and soul.
